Abstract
Web Portal Creation of HIV / AIDS in South Kalimantan Province is aimed at ensuring that information relating to HIV / AIDS and other infectious diseases can be effectively communicated to the public effectively. This study is an action (action) with the subject of AIDS Commission of South Kalimantan. Techniques used in collecting survey data is to plot the 1993 Commission on AIDS in South Kalimantan, retrieval of data from the National AIDS Commission of South Kalimantan, observation, documentation. Results from the manufacture of HIV / AIDS Web Portal will be a model of society as a medium of information about HIV / AIDS and other infectious diseases, can also be used as a source of e-learning.

Pendahuluan
Perkembangan penggunaan teknologi internet dan web sedemikian cepat diikuti dengan perkembangan inovasi-inovasi teknologi informasi, seiring juga pembangunan aplikasi berbasiskan web untuk itu banyak hal yang dapat dilakukan dan kemudahan yang ditawarkan oleh teknologi internet ini misalnya online geographic positioning dan pembelajaran jarak jauh atau e-learning.
