Abstract
Current technological development increasingly help people to achieve maximum result in all areas. One is the role of the media, computer and various software applications to enhance the delivery of information. Informatin is a resource which is required in managing a business. Almost all task can be assisted by technology created by humans, so humans can have effective and appropriate resource that could encourage the advancement of a field or business. This applications is made using the software SQL Server 2000, Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0.
