Abstract
Increasingly technological world at this moment to encourage all aspects to further improve the quality of competing. No exception in the world of automotive service garage or commonly called as the Sanjaya Motor Cilacap. With the existence of advanced technologies currently Sanjaya Motor wanted to replace their old system of manual to automated system based computerization. It is expected to increase the effectiveness of the bias that leads to customer satisfaction. In the spirit of the changes made by the parties Sanjaya Motor encourage the creation of a formula that is, how to design an information system that is easy to use repair shop? How this system could record all transactions in the shop? And this system has the aim to introduce new computer-based system to Sanjaya Motor in terms of transaction services, and data storage at the moment still using manual systems. In this final I tried researching a way to observe and wacancara with Sanjaya Motor Repair owner about the problems on the old system. Then from the results of my research tries to analyze the problems that existed, until the creation of a new didtem addressed to Sanjaya Motor. Having held the introduction, the new system is more effective than the old system is manual.

Pendahuluan
Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi saat ini merupakan kemajuan sangat pesat, terutama di bidang teknologi informasi yang berbasis komputer. Kehadiran komputer dengan kekuatan prosesnya telah memungkinkan pengembangan sistem informasi manajemen berbasis komputer. Dengan pemanfaatan teknologi akan diperoleh manfaat berupa kemudahan dalam menyimpan, pengorganisasian dan pengambilan kembali terhadap data, yang tentunya didukung dengan perangkat lunak dan konfigurasi perangakat keras yang tepat, organisasi/perusahaan dapat membangun sistem informasi manajemen yang handal dan berkualitas dan dapat berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi/perusahaan secara keseluruan.
