Abstract

The development of these technologies have been applied in various fields, one of which is the field of transportation. At first, to move from one place to another place that humans only use the manual way of the foot. Then later developed into a moving object is to utilize animal power, such as: horses, donkeys, cows, or buffaloes. Then later developed into a transport vehicle or a given motor or engine with a more automated system. Therefore, each driver's motor vehicle, whether car, motorcycle, truck, or other motor vehicles are required to have a SIM (Driving License). Of course for obtaining BPKB, vehicle registration, driver's license, along with the number plate, take a few expenses, including special charges, called vehicle tax and insurance that can be obtained by a driver when the accident record of compliance with the terms and conditions apply. Government Of Indonesia has set up an institution, in charge of handling such matters namely making BPKB, vehicle registration, license plate and number, SIM, Tax, Customs also Balik Name (cost incurred by a person if you want to change the name of the owner of the vehicle). The agency called SAMSAT (Manunggal Administrative System under One Roof). The institute is a collaboration between the Police, the Department of Provincial Revenue, and PT Jasa Raharja (s). In this institution there must of course sections are assigned to oversee financial matters relating to the administration of all motor vehicle ownership and the terms of the drivers who will obey the rules set by the government.

Pendahuluan

Kemajuan dalam bidang teknologi telah mengubah cara orang dalam melaksanakan semua aktifitasnya. Pekerjaan-pekerjaan yang dahulu dilakukan secara manual atau dengan pemikiran dan pekerjaan manusia dan membutuhkan waktu yang sangat lama, telah dirubah dengan digunakannya teknologi komputer yang dapat mengolah data dengan lebih cepat dan hasil yang lebih baik serta lebih efisien dalam penggunaan waktu, sehingga pekerjaan yang lain dapat dikerjakan.
