Abtract
Information Technology growing along with progress of science and globalization era it is of course have been old stuff in our ear. The growth then trigger creative idea of man for making an new breakthrough and innovation for supporting all requirement of becoming human lives modern. The application of multimedia is alternative which progressively developed by developer of software in the world of computer. Multimedia is aliance between animations, drew, text and voiceed. Multimedia require authoring tool and software supporter. Authoring tool is software is main which applied in development various the application of multimedias. While software supporter is applied to equip the application of the multimedia, in addition so that the application of multimedia become more interesting. Usage of the application of multimedia like in this making of Interactive CD require usage of picture which will be made as animation with song and text. At this scientific writing, the application of multimedia which made is in the form" Interactive CD of Study IPA About Style and Kinds of its". Where this Interactive CD is made by using authoring tool Macromedia Flash 8 is worthwhile for stimulating visual ability and imagining chlid, because student as user ( wearer ) is direct interaction with object which studied through the application of the multimedia. Alternative of study by using this Interactive CD expected can equip of study media in school without having to replace role of book as source of study and forwarding of matter, expected also can increase student learning enthusiasm and lesson matter can be permeated maximally.
Pendahuluan
Pembuatan aplikasi berupa CD Interaktif berbasis multimedia bagi siswa Sekolah Dasar adalah salah satu contoh perwujudan pembelajaran interaktif di bidang pendidikan. Dalam menyampaikan materi pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam khususnya, SDN Sinduadi I masih menggunakan metode pengajaran yang umum. Yaitu dengan guru menerangkan di depan kelas dan dengan alat bantu praktek yang masih sederhana. Dengan metode pengajaran seperti ini siswa masih belum maksimal dalam mencerna materi pelajaran yang diberikan, jika catatan atau buku pelajaran tidak dibaca secara berulang-ulang.
