Abstract

Based on the Decree of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 12 Year 2000, Institute for Rural Community Empowerment Yogyakarta is Kementeriaan Technical Implementation Unit of the Interior has the principal task of running some of the tasks of Directorate General of Village Community Empowerment and policy formulation has the function of training programs, community facilitation and evaluation of training programs and ketata administration company. Submission of information about the type of training received by communities and villages throughout the working area of Village Community Empowerment Center includes nine Provinces of Yogyakarta, Banten, Jakarta, West Java, Central Java, Yogyakarta, West Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, South Kalimantan and East Kalimantan was limited in the form of print media that can only display text and images, so that the recipient is less interested in information. Efforts so that information can be interesting candidates for the training of the local working area it is necessary programmed presentation Analysis And Development Of Multimedia Based Applications For Delivery Information Media On “Balai Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa Yogyakarta Kementerian Dalam Negeri”. Pendahuluan

Dalam rangka mengkondisikan dan penyiapan pengelola pembangunan di daerah, peran-peran fasilitasi dari pemerintah menjadi mutlak diperlukan. Sejalan dengan hal tersebut mendasarkan pada Keputusan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 12 Tahun 2000, Balai Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa Yogyakarta sebagai Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) Departemen Dalam Negeri mempunyai tugas pokok menyelenggarakan sebagian tugas Direktorat Jenderal Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Desa mempunyai fungsi perumusan kebijakan program pelatihan, fasilitasi dan evaluasi pelaksanaan program pelatihan serta pelaksanaan administrasi dan tata usaha.
